No snoozing

- One way to increase productivity in the morning hours is to jump out of bed the minute your alarm goes off. A simple trick is to set your alarm when you actually want to get up and start getting ready. Snoozing + sleeping will cause you to stay in bed longer than anticipated, and you could waste some serious boss babe time.

No screen time before 10:00 AM

- Notifications and emails sent to you at 8 o’clock will still be there after you have invested in yourself and become ready to start the day in the latter part of the morning. Social media and non-pressing screen time should be avoided until late morning; this helps keep you focused

Prioritize your water intake

- Warm water with lemon will help flush your system in the morning. Ice water will aid in boosting your metabolism. Lukewarm water is suggested for vitamin intake, but when you decide to have your water in the morning, please make it a priority. Water will aid in skincare and ultimately flush out any unwanted bacteria, infections, and toxins. Have at least sixteen ounces immediately after waking up, then a bottle thirty minutes before and after each meal for minimum recommended water intake.

Develop a simple morning skincare routine

- You do not need an elaborate 30-step skincare routine immediately after waking up because your skin has spent your entire sleep cycle rejuvenating and healing. A simple jade rolling session to depuff, cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen will help you start your day with a fresh, revitalizing look.

Perfect your ideal cup of coffee

- As much as we would love a venti hot cup of Joe from Starbucks every morning, it is just not financially responsible. Focus on perfecting your coffee bar by purchasing your favorite coffee drink ingredients in bulk to ensure a fantastic boost to start your day in the comfort of your pajamas. Do not be afraid to go all out with whipped cream + drink toppings. A great morning leads to an extremely productive day.
