Try this recipe for your next family night in.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 45 minutes

Total Time: 1 hour

Yields: 6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 (24 count) bag of ravioli of your choice

    - We use Giovanni Rana brand Italian sausage ravioli

  • 1 (24 ounce) jar of marinara sauce

  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 400°

  • Grease a 9x13 baking dish

  • Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the pan (about 3/4 cup)

  • Arrange about half of the ravioli on top in a single layer

  • Top with a layer of sauce

  • Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese

  • Repeat this process accordingly

    - Note: the final layers should be marinara sauce, then cheese on top

  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes

  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese has reached a golden brown color

  • Enjoy

Pair this delicious main course with salad, and garlic bread. This lazy girl recipe has all the bold flavor of lasagna without the time-consuming hassle. It is simple, delicious, and perfect for those busy week nights.
